Applicants are here by informed that Wednesday, 1st July 2009 VFS Canadian Visa Application Centre and Canadian High Commission will remain closed on account of Canada Day. The office will reopen on Thursday, 2nd July 2009.

The Canadian High Commission is pleased to announce the opening of Visa Application Centers operated by VFS. This service is available for Bangladesh residents who wish to apply in the following categories:

• Visitors
• Students
• Workers
• Permanent Residents *(only those who need a travel document to return to Canada)

The visa applications may be submitted at the application centers in Bangladesh. All applications will be assessed at The Canadian High Commission, Bangladesh.

Also from September 14, 2006 the Visa Application Centre will open a service centre in Chittagong and Sylhet to accept applications.

An interview, if required, can be conveniently scheduled at the application centre. All relevant information pertaining to Temporary visa category is available on this site. Please read the information carefully to expedite the processing of your application.
